Bowl a Strike to Support Capital Roots!

Each year, Capital Roots teams up with friends and businesses in the Capital Region for a winter bowling extravaganza called Garden Bowl! All proceeds benefit Capital Roots’ fresh food access and urban greening programs.
In the months leading up to this annual event, bowlers invite donors to sponsor their games. The competition heats up at Uncle Sam Lanes in Troy as they strap on their bowling shoes and compete, winning prizes from over 50 local businesses for high scores, highest fundraising and more!
Whether you throw gutter balls or bowl a perfect 300, all are welcome to join the fun. Don’t “strike out” on the chance to win great prizes including trophies, ski passes, concert tickets, dining gift certificates, and shopping gift cards!
